思科路由器e4200v2悬赏求助

我有一个思科 e4200v2路由器，和ea4500配置一样，问题比较怪异，请雕大的帮忙解决一下，解决了还有10元红包奖励。让我慢慢道来。家里换了200兆联通宽带，家里还是100的tplink路由器，不能满足要求了，就去闲鱼淘了个二手美版e4200v2千兆路由器。到手后用着还行，手欠，点了自动升级。到重点了，升级后原始的登录账号和密码就不对了，登录不进去了。30-30-30也不行。网上买了ttl线出现如下信息。

中断也试过了，路由器灯一直闪烁，电脑没有网络连接，ping 192.168.1.1 -t。没有ping通的时候。命令行不能输入任何字符。大佬指导一下吧。
