如何把TXT直播源文件整合成一个地址格式？

比如现在我有一个直播源文件（m3u内容，txt格式）
如何弄成如下类似这种网址格式：https://myernestlu.github.io/zby.txt
可能大家没明白我的意思，我的意思任何把一个直播源文件（比如m3u，有卫视和央视等节目），
如何转成一个网址的形式，可以把这个网址输入到空壳软件的节目地址就可以看电视。怎么弄？

但是楼上那个老大给的地址，我还是不会把直播源转换成一个网址这种，不知道专门搞

这不就是最常见的格式吗？你现在手里什么格式？最简单就是电脑用记事本编辑

那你需要上传到github，gitee这类可以直接访问源码的网站，或者自己建网站

网上搜索OSS、COS、OBS等外链网盘，比如:https://cccimg.com/
上传文件后有外链地址。
