CTF 是什麼工能

在論壇裡沒找到答案，所以借個人氣問一下。CTF 百度也一樣找不到，
刚看了一下，CTF 是 CUT THROUGH FORWARDING 意思大概是剪掉推送？

这是Tomatousb里的介绍，因为没有开源。Tomatousb应该取消掉了这个功能。
