transmission 的 cpu 使用抖动很大，我用它来限制 transmission 的 cpu 使用率

cpulimit-ng -e transmission -l 25 -v

限制最多 25% cpu 量，详细用法在第五楼

需要根据你的具体情况，设置允许 TR 使用的最大 CPU 上限。如果因为某种原因 TR CPU 使用突然超出这个上限，那么就会强制限制 TR 在规定范围内，这个时候，TR 的运行会变慢，下载上传也会变慢。
如果 TR 恢复或者一直在正常的 CPU 用量范围内，那么是对 TR 下载和上传不会有影响的。

现在 OP TRUNK 默认编译 的 samba3 抢不过 TR 的，我主要用这个工具预留出 samba 播放 1080P 需要的 CPU。

根本改进还得等 TR-NG
