In the ports line, a number indicates that the specified vlan includes the port with that number. If the number is followed by a "t" or "*" then packets going out on that port are tagged. 5 is generally the CPU or 'internal' port. If they number is followed by a "u" or not followed by anything the tag (e.g. vlan1) is removed when the packet goes out from that port. "*" also means that this vlan is the default vlan, so that a packet which is not tagged will be associated with this vlan.

So, '0 1 2 3 5*' would mean that a packet coming in port 0, 1, 2, 3, or 5 would be tagged when going to the internal interface (e.g. into the CPU) and untagged leaving ports 0, 1, 2, or 3, and that untagged packets are treated as belonging to this vlan.

楼上的英文是最权威的解释了，受教了，简单翻译了一下，只是意译：
简单说就是带*号的端口当数据包从该端口发出时会被打上标记，不带*的端口数据包流出时不打标记。带*号也表示该vlan是默认vlan，属于该vlan的数据包将不带标记。而带u或没有任何符号的数字表示数据包流出该端口时将去掉所带的标记。
因此，'0 1 2 3 5*'表示数据包通过0,1,2,3,5端口流入内部接口如CPU时将会打上标记，流出0,1,2,3端口时将去掉标记，未带标记的数据包被认为是属于该vlan的数据包。
