求助，更换redboot后，不能正常启动，该如何处理啊？（已解决）

更换redboot后，机子不能正常启动了。错误信息，如下：
waiting for BOOTP information

现在能进入redboot但是停在redboot状态下了。

foncfig后只有这些信息了。

看来都没有人帮忙的，自己解决了，学会怎么REDBOOT下刷固件了。
